KDesign is comfortable working with builders from the beginning of the design process of custom builds to help select materials for a semi-custom build, or happy to help you through a renovation, no matter the size.

You may have all these great ideas but are just a little overwhelmed with your design project. Or you may need some input or assistance on a design project. This option is perfect for the person who wants a professional opinion or updating their favorite space. With design assistance, you can accomplish the ideal design for your home on your time and dime. Then you can have beautiful, new ideas and inspiration for your home project! 

It all starts with reaching out via email. A phone meeting will follow to determine what type of assistance is needed. A home visit will be scheduled to discuss your design dilemmas and needs. Then it's back to the studio for Kim to work on all discussed and write up a visual design proposal with suggestions for your space, per your questions and concerns. If you decide you would like some assistance, a complete list with recommendations and items to finish your room will be agreed upon in a statement of work. All design services will be priced based on the project and the client's needs.
